Hey guys I am so sorry I have been a little MIA lately. I am making a video letting you know where I have been. I promise I will be making it up to you guys with a lot of fun videos and posts =). Also I realized today that my frostbite video for some reason did not post on the blog. I predicted situations like this would happen, and that is why I always say to please subscribe to both the blog and YouTube. I do not want you guys to miss out on anything. To make up for it I am adding a picture of our dog June fast asleep by me while I write this post. Is she not adorable? I may be a little biased but I mean come on look at that face!!!! If you are anything like me you love to snack. As I have mentioned on here before I have been working hard to change my eating habits. So here are some healthy snack ideas that you can try next time you are wanting a nice snack to munch on while reading a great book. Frozen Grapes The first one if the easiest. You take grapes, wash them, put them in a freezer friendly container, and then put them in the freezer. I like to leave them in the freezer for at least 3 hours. Over night is best. Quick tip: If you have a soar throat frozen grapes feel AMAZING on your throat. My mom use to make them for me when I had strep throat. If you want something sweet but don't want the guilt, this tea is for you. It is rich and chocolaty with a little kick, and no ingredients that are bad for you.
