Tea Talk

gettyimages     I just wanted to talk with you guys today. I think I will do Tea Talks every now and then to let you guys know what's going on in my life. Every follower to me is a friend, and who else would be a better choice to talk to than your friends right?!   I haven't posted in awhile because some great things have happened that I wanted to just live in the moment for and embrace the changes in my life. There also were some pretty crappy times that I know for a fact have gave me some gray hairs. ( Note to self: need to call hair stylist.) So grab a cup of tea, let me tell you about the last couple of weeks and weeks to come. After that leave me comments letting me know what is going on with you guys =) Let the feelings fly!   Some of you may know my husband and I were best friends for YEARS before we even thought of dating much less getting married. So I have known all of his friends for years. He has had the same best friend since he was in the 6th g

Characters I Never Trust

There are certain characters I never trust. If there is a murder, someone out to destroy the main character, and/or mysterious things are happening, it is almost always one of these characters behind it. The overly helpful adult or superior. This could be a teacher or leader that is always there to save you at the last minute. The superior who has all the answer that you need to solve the mystery.  Family member from the love interests side. It may be a mother who thinks the girl isn't good enough for her son or the power hungry father. Shy background/secondary character. The character who is awkward and maybe the friend that is in the circle because of a family link or the circle just feels sorry for them. The shy character who gets looked over and holds a grudge. You gotta watch the quite ones! Characters that come out of no where . The characters who coincidently show up  right before all cray breaks lose. It could be a long time friend that just so happens to be visitin

Halloween Spirit Haul

<div style="text-align: left;">&nbsp;</div> I wanted to get books to get me into the spirit for Halloween. Now mind you, I do NOT like to get scared. I am a HUGE chicken and proud of it. I blame it on my cousin who made me watch Scream at a young age. I mean some of the trick or treaters that show up at the house freak me out. I don't give candy to the kids dressed as Scream....just kidding.    &amp;amp;amp;lt;div style="text-align: left;"&amp;amp;amp;gt;&amp;amp;amp;amp;nbsp;&amp;amp;amp;lt;/div&amp;amp;amp;gt; But what I do enjoy is reading paranormal books thinking MAYBE situations can happen. Maybe there are more than one world, maybe there are magic worlds and we just don't know it because we are a bunch of muggles. Don't hate on me, but when I read Twilight which I loved and still do. I couldn't help but think what if sexy vampire and werewolves were real? I CALL JACOB!!!! this is the time
